communication and shipping was ok, product & quality didn’t come out as how I wanted. overall reasonable

Suoer easy and efficient to work with. They were so fast in responding and turning around the samples for me to approve and adjust and send back the proofs. They also kept in touch with me about the shipping and tracking and were so easy to communicate. They followed up to ensure we liked the product and we will definitely be placing another order. the sweatshirts themselves are incredibly soft and don’t shrink. All of our clients are saying it is their favorite sweatshirt by far!
